Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Alfresco Activiti BPM architect to join our team and help us design and implement business process solutions for our clients.
• You will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements, designing the process models, configuring the Activiti BPM platform, integrating with other systems, and testing and deploying the solutions.
• You will also provide technical guidance and support to the project team and the client and ensure the quality and performance of the solutions.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot the performance and availability of Activiti BPM applications and environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8+ years of experience in business process management (BPM) projects, using Alfresco Activiti BPM or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation and best practices.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
• Experience in integrating Activiti BPM with Alfresco Content Services, Alfresco Process Services, or other systems.
• Experience in using Activiti BPM tools, such as Activiti Modeler, Activiti Designer, Activiti Explorer, and Activiti Admin.
• Experience in using DevOps tools, such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in integrating Activiti BPM with other systems and technologies, such as databases, messaging systems, cloud services, etc.
• Experience in applying DevOps principles and practices, such as CI/CD, testing, monitoring, logging, etc., for Activiti BPM applications.

• Analytical ability, ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint, learnability in new domains, Ability to create complex, large scale and software/hardware intensive solutions,
• Ability to clearly articulate and engage technically with senior technology/management team of customers
• Work closely with different stakeholders and portfolio leads, business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
• Certification in a similar BPM platform(s) is a plus.
