The HCLTech IT Apprenticeship Program creates new career pathways for High School Graduates. If you’re a motivated learner, this unique opportunity is your door towards IT career.
During our paid apprenticeship program, you’ll advance your knowledge through comprehensive technical instruction, hands-on training & mentorship. Upon successful completion of HCLTech’s Apprenticeship Program, you will be offered full time Employment. You will also be eligible for tuition assistance and have an opportunity to pursue higher education while working. Best of all, you are a contributing member of your team, putting forward ideas, taking on responsibilities and making choices about how you get the job just like any other HCLite’s.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification -
- Earned a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (STEM track or technical coursework is highly preferred).
- OR
- Earned a 2-year Diploma or Certificate in any discipline, (this is not a requirement, but graduates are encouraged to apply).
- OR
- Have not completed a bachelor’s degree in STEM or master's degree in any discipline.
Visa / Residency status
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Candidates having Work / Student Visa are not eligible.
*Candidates who are currently enrolled in bachelor’s or associate degree programs are not eligible
