Program Overview
The Global Engagement Management (GEM) program is HCLTech's global early-career program through which individuals gain in-depth experience in market research, business proposals and acquisitions and business development.
The program is a gateway to career opportunities at the junction of business and technology, providing the opportunity to work with industry leaders. Participants will receive dedicated mentorship from senior executives and engage with cutting-edge technologies across various IT service sectors.
The program also offers excellent exposure to collaborate with top global brands and includes tailored learning programs focused on sales methodologies, domain knowledge and technological solutions.
