Beware of Fraudulent Job Offers & Letters | HCLTech

Identify Genuine Job Offers

How to identify and avoid recruitment fraud?

You are requested to always verify the agency you are receiving the call from. Always avoid giving any personal information until you are sure. HCLTech, its subsidiaries and preferred recruitment partners will NEVER ask for fees for any purpose during the recruitment process.

  • No recruitment fee
  • No hiring fee
  • No security deposit
  • No software or equipment charges

The hiring process involves at least two rounds of interviews (virtual or in-person). HCLTech will NOT request for an interview on any instant-messaging application.

The HCLTech recruitment team corresponds from email addresses with the domain @hcl.com or @hcltech.com. However, it should be noted that scammers can display sent emails from the domain address @hcl.com or @hcltech.com, fraudulently.

HCLTech will NOT ask for any confidential or financial information such as bank account number, tax details, recruitment fee, security deposit and similar during the selection process.

All offer-related communications are sent from an official HCLTech email ID or from our Preferred Recruitment Partners ONLY. All the opportunities are posted on the candidate access portals. The offers can only be accessed through a unique ID and password provided to the candidate along with the Candidate Portal link. It is important to note that if the Candidate Portal link is accessible and the unique ID and password can be entered, ONLY then is the offer letter received considered genuine.
