Career development programs for women's leadership are based on formal mentoring. These programs provide platforms for women leaders to learn and exhibit transformational leadership, equipping them with the right blend of knowledge and competencies for their current roles and future career aspirations.

Networking & Advocacy is an employee-led program that prioritizes professional development and fosters open dialogue about women in the workplace. The sessions serve as flagship initiatives, inviting accomplished women leaders to address HCLTech employees. This platform empowers employees to gain insights into effective leadership while also receiving valuable perspectives on DEI matters from industry-leading women.

Sometimes taking a career break is necessary – but how do you re-enter the workforce? Our HCLTech Returnship program supports people just like you who want to pursue both personal and professional goals.

If you hope to return to the technology field, we promise a rewarding career at HCLTech and make it easy with 'Returnship' – specially designed for women re-entering the workforce. We welcome our ‘Returners’ back with a supportive workplace, matching you with the right job for this important stage of your career.

The mission of LGBTQIA+ Inclusion is to foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive work environment for all Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer employees, and allies at HCLTech. The group is designed to build awareness, share information, and increase communication on LGBTQIA+ issues through education and diversity training. It also serves to provide strategic guidance to teams on policies that affect LGBTQIA+ employees and the community overall.
