This community is for individuals with disabilities, those who support colleagues with disabilities and any employee interested in advocating for accessibility. Through education, advocacy and networking, the Employee Resource Group (ERG) strives to guarantee that all employees affected by a disability, directly or indirectly, have the resources, opportunities and support necessary to thrive in their careers. In doing so, it contributes to HCLTech's mission of creating a safer world for all.
