Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide integration and related workflow solutions
• Builds and test Workday integrations
• Integration resource need to conduct unit testing, support broader testing initiatives, migrate code, and assist with system cutover tasks
• Workday troubleshooting, issue investigation and resolution
• Experience on Middleware integrations with Workday Configuration will be preferred.
• Understanding of HCM functional modules – Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation etc will be preferred.
• Understanding SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Workday Experience with minimum 3+ years of experience in integration support & Enhancement
• Good understanding of Workday Studio and primary responsibility for solutions in Financial and Accounting
• Strong and proven experience of implementing Workday Integration, Object, Studio integration.
• Proven skill with both inbound and outbound integration and API’s
• Experience in Housing implementation would be added advantage
• Has good knowledge on XSLT, Reporter Writer tool in workday
• Has experience on Integration of third party tools and other CRM
• Must have expertise knowledge & experience on Project Management & Accounting, Fixed Assets, AP/AR, General Ledger, Supply chain, Taxation and Audit
• Awareness on reporting tools added advantage
• Solid understanding of interoperability issues and the strengths and weaknesses of platforms and products
• Confident and possesses effective communication skills Ability to learn quickly and confident in delivering the solution independently
