Roles and Responsibilities
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Take up the technical responsibility of the entire Project or Product
- Design components and applications according to business requirements.
- Contribute as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations)
- Ensure teams quality and consistency in velocity by following SDLC guidelines, Agile methodology, Unit Tests and performing code reviews
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Expert knowledge of Java and object oriented design patterns - Required SME
- Expert knowledge of Dependency Injection. Experience with Spring or EJB3 or Guice is a must.
- Strong in Logic, Algorithm and Data Structures - Problem Solving Required SME
- Experience with Oracle or MySQL and writing SQLs - Required SME
- Experience in Angular 2+ and TypeScript Required Medium
- Expert knowledge of junit, Mockito or other unit testing best practices. Required SME
- 4+ years of experience developing and deploying applications on Unix/Linux environments - Required
- Experience with ORM such as Hibernate ORM - Required SME
- Experience with Web development OR REST/ SOAP web services
- development and design priniciples - Required SME
