Service Delivery Specialist - English language mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support and handle finance/purchase order tasks.
  • This marketing role will act as a service coordinator who will provide visibility and coordination to the marketing team. It’s a highly important role to ensure Purchase orders are on track, get planned and executed flawlessly.
  • Understand purchase order scopes, requirements & SLAs and communicate it to field team.
  • SDS will ensure that service requests are executed as per scope and timeline. The person will also Track mail communication from customer.
  • Escalate information of delays of purchase orders to the field team and customer.
  • Prepare reports related to the validation of information, delivery status of POs, delay reasons for purchase orders, feedback, etc.
  • Support team by analyzing information.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Responsible for data accuracy and effectiveness.

Experience/Exposure:

  • Understanding of financial compliances and business rules;
  • Nice to have background in customer service;
  • Nice to have experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction);
  • A customer-oriented attitude;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work well with a team.

Education/certification:

  • Bachelor's degree
