Service Delivery Specialist - English language mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support and handle finance/purchase order tasks.
- This marketing role will act as a service coordinator who will provide visibility and coordination to the marketing team. It’s a highly important role to ensure Purchase orders are on track, get planned and executed flawlessly.
- Understand purchase order scopes, requirements & SLAs and communicate it to field team.
- SDS will ensure that service requests are executed as per scope and timeline. The person will also Track mail communication from customer.
- Escalate information of delays of purchase orders to the field team and customer.
- Prepare reports related to the validation of information, delivery status of POs, delay reasons for purchase orders, feedback, etc.
- Support team by analyzing information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Responsible for data accuracy and effectiveness.
Experience:
- Understanding of financial compliances and business rules.
- Nice to have background in customer service.
- Nice to have experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction).
- A customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
