Roles and Responsibilities

• To manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule, budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program
• To ensure value creation in the engagement
• To lead, manage, develop and engage the team
• To manage engagement profitability by managing various variables
• To manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
• To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements
• To proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 12+ years of experience in End to End managing and delivering Business Intelligence IT projects.
• Extensive working knowledge on SDLC and Agile based Data warehousing & Business Intelligence projects.
• Experience in interacting with customers to understand their BI landscape and suggest suitable solutions
• Demonstrable track record of success supporting and delivering complex projects
• High level understanding of stakeholder management and influencing customers and senior management
• Experience spanning a range of project sizes employing traditional and Agile/Scrum project delivery, Agile certifications is advantageous
• Demonstrates strong communication, engagement and influencing skills
• Tracking and driving TPAT migration program.
• At a high level, this will involve tracking and reporting of actual migrations to plan, ensuring the clients selected for migration meet the minimum criteria and working with business partners to track and close issues occurring in migration.
• We believe communications, organizational skills and operating in an escalation climate will be key attributes for these consultants
• Strong experience to consult directly with customers and offer strategic advice to enable objectives
