Requirements

• You are responsible for development AND maintenance because we work DEVOPS.
• You will work with Genesys software but we need you to have at least fundamental knowledge about Ws2019, MSSQL database, Cassandra database and Unix.
• We use F5 for loadbalancing, IIS, Apache Tomcat and update JAVA on servers which you need to understand and maintain.
• We renew certificates and we expect you to understand the high level of security we uphold.
• You work from concept to end product. With your passion you ensure innovation and further development of CCC solutions.
• You coach your colleagues and actively follow internal and external developments.
• We continuously improve customer engagement.

What are we looking for:

• Broad and up2date knowledge of Genesys.
• Framework 8.5
• Voice, E-services, WFM, GIR etc.
• Minimum of 4 yr experience
• SIP and optional SBC
• JAVA, Apache Tomcat, IIS and in general data/netwerk transmitting sequences.
• Basic understanding of Powershell, Azure Devops, F5
• Being able to make and execute basis scripts on MSSQL/PostGreSQL/Cassandra DB’s
• Being able to work in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Be open to feedback on behaviour and work
• In addition, you are proactive, analytically strong and creative in finding solutions.
• Highly proficient English Language, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related education.
• Creatively able to read Dutch documentation (prior documentation is in Dutch)
• Willing to work outside business hours when implementing changes, or if scheduled for standby and performing a daily system check.
