Roles and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of configurations / setups / processes of PeopleSoft-HCM-HR Payroll North America
• Knowledge of General Oracle-Human Capital Mgmt fundamental concepts / business processes
• Should be able to understand business requirements draft functional design and provide functional solution
• Should be able to perform fit/gap analysis and determine customization required
• Should have experience in new design modifications / medium to complex customization Online pages

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools ie- AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, Peoplecode, IB, workflow and Application Packages. Must have good Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft CoreHR.
• PeopleSoft Administration PeopleSoft upgrade, App Designer, People Code 3 App Engine, Integration Broker, PS/Query, Bi Publisher, Excel to CI 4 Good to have
• Secondary Skills : Knowledge in Integration and IB configuration .
• Professional Attributes :Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
