Roles And Responsibilities

• Must have BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Catalogue the service BOMs using the engineering and manufacturing data
• Need to work on creating the relevant service drawings using Creo
• Need good knowledge in using the windchill PLM and PDM functions
• Perform data collection from Sales force
• Optimize and automate data collection methods
• Design data systems and databases
• Maintain, monitor and address data systems and databases
• Organize data into accessible formats
• Analyze and interpret relevant data, trends, and patterns
• Prepare reports for leadership
• Try to resolve the sales force requests using AS Built data from the different plants of Customer.
• The person should be proactive and have good communication skills to interact with different cross functional teams and resolve the customer issues.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise: Medical Device, IQ/OQ/PQ, mechanical engineering
