Roles and Responsibilities

• Encompasses multiple disciplines, including technology architects, solution architects, and enterprise architects.
• Responsible for delivering business value to customers by architecting effective information systems solutions that address the customers business problems, needs and opportunities, in a manner consistent with companys strategic and business goals.
• Have knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and tools and understand how to apply this knowledge to successfully deliver customer projects.
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and with the customer by understanding the customers business context and their unique situation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs in order to facilitate the definition and development of the solution. Strong inclination to professional development framework for their profession and use the knowledge and best practice derived from their professional associations to the benefit of their customers.
• Collaborate with project/Practice managers to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation and support of these IS solutions. Collaborate with the account team to meet or exceed revenue, product, customer satisfaction and market share goals for assigned account(s).
• Architect reusable solutions of project or operational scope.
• Customize reusable solutions of project and program or operational scope.
• Oversee the implementation and governance of architectures of project/program in scope.
• Assess business impact of specific technologies/strategies .
• Identify and address technical or operational risks.
• Provide deal solution reviews/input on deal pursuit or project activities.
• Collaborates with the project manager to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures for medium to large business unit level projects.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations at CEO/Executive Staff/CIO levels for medium to large opportunities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in software development in mainframe languages (COBOL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM)
• Excellent knowledge of FIS (Systematics) software and functional knowledge of distributed application design and architecture
• Possesses technical knowledge based on experience and highly skilled in (COBOL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM)
• Experience in Creation of solution and architectural views (logical, conceptual, development, execution, infrastructure & operation architecture)
• To provide solutions for IT optimization, Business aligned IT, Enterprise architecture and roadmap creation, transformation, Business/product acquisition & mergers and APO
• To provide solution in business transformation by participating in RFI, RFP, DD, pre-sales support and oversee PoC.
• To mentor technical and solution architects along with self knowledge upgradation and learning
• To perform engagement level Delivery governance
