Roles and Responsibilities

- Experience ensuring best practices are followed by enforcing coding standards and best practices
- Conveying requirements to technical developers & ensuring that a process is in place to verify build and deploy process
- Present proposals alongside Sales and support pre sales activities
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Around 8+ Years of extensive experience in Kronos Workforce Central for technical development and admin role, documentation, software configuration, testing and deployment as well as implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Kronos WFC.
- Kronos Integrations development using WIMs of WIM (Workforce Integration Manager),
- Experience Connect/Workforce Integration Manager, Workforce Scheduling, Data Collection Manager/Workforce Device Manager, Kronos terminals.
- Hands on experience with Kronos employee demographics and supporting Kronos for union/bargaining unit workforce and Mobile Application Support.
- Knowledge of WFC Architecture and supported the task related SQL Server database.
- Edit Kronos Pay Rules, Work Rules, Schedules, Rounding Rules, Accruals, and Premiums as needed.
- Management of data using WIM and Kronos Connect in different interfaces platform (ADP andSAP HCM).
- Familiar with WFC Version 8.1 UKG cloud solution, provided virtual support to new and existing Kronos clients. Keep Integration Manager Lookup tables up to date after new rules have been added to the Kronos system, and to maintain Kronos Interface lookup tables.
- Provided training to clients on Kronos Time and Attendance software (work rules, pay rules, holiday configuration, display/access profiles).
- Experience in Kronos support, analysis, change management and implementation across the core WFC calculated accruals, absence management, device manager, data collection manager, SDM, and WIM modules in various WFC environments.
- Setting up attendance policies, discipline levels and employee interaction with policies using Workforce Attendance Manager (WAM).
- Record retention policies - setup & maintenance, using setup data manager (SDM) for migration between two instances such as DEV to TEST/UAT or TEST to PROD.
- Experience in support and maintenance of User Account information including Rights, Security, Function Access profiles and User groups.
- Design and developed Kronos WFC interfaces and applicable devices and also generated reports summary, POS imports and WIM upgrades.
- Adapt with creation/maintenance of Kronos pay rule configuration, timecard calculation interpretation, schedules (basic scheduling).
