Kronos-Technical Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager, knowledge on Workforce device manager, Record manger.
- Team Building, Leadership and Communication skills required.
- Handle records of incidents, problems, changes etc.
- Following ITIL process for Incident, Request, Bug and change management.
- Supporting existing Workforce Management application as a Production Support.
- Supporting the Kronos Product, resolving the issues raised by client and providing proper solution, monitoring customer servers, troubleshooting
- Proven capability in meeting deadlines and completing tasks unsupervised.
- Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Promote a collaborative work environment
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Support different version of Kronos, develop interfaces of both export and import of data from WFC application.
- Experience in Kronos WFC in Configuration and Troubleshooting and Experience on Kronos Modules.
- Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc.
- Experienced in Configuring Kronos Terminal devices, Working knowledge on PL/SQL, Kronos.
- Experience at handling varied functions related to Kronos WFC.
