Snowflake’s Snowpark is a developer framework that brings Data frame-like programming, using languages like Python, Scala and Java to perform data processing operations inside Snowflake compute. The Snowpark library will help eliminate the need to move data to the system where the application code runs. It allows for custom code to be defined as user-defined functions (UDFs) and/or stored procedures and use that code in Data frame operations.
