Matthew has over 35 years of A&D experience spanning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, flight operations, program management and IT. Most of his career was spent at Bell Helicopter and its parent company Textron, where he successfully managed numerous large aircraft and technology-related programs as well as many business process and IT-related improvement initiatives.
