Job description:
New Billing/ Committed/ Exclusive
Model N - Test Lead/ Nonfunctional testing
P : Pharma Validation testing experience on Model N Application
S: ALM, cB and Jira
Must have 12+ years of experience in GxP validation testing on pharmaceutical domain.
3 + years of testing experience in Model N application
Experience in test effort estimation & resources planning across all the projects. Responsible for demand/capacity planning, resource management, stakeholder management
Experience in writing/enhancing of Test Plan, Test Strategy defining of in scope , out scope , testing approach , project milestone , Risks and mitigation etc
As an onsite Test Lead managing of offshore testing team on entire validation testing life cycle on test planning, est cases design, test execution and defect management activities
Experience in different kinds of tests such as functionality, positive, negative, smoke, integration, user acceptance, performance, regression, load, security, installation etc.
Self-Motivated in handling the work assigned and in adherence with SLA deliverables and meeting deadlines
Comfortable working with teams and dealing with customers
Experience in Client HP ALM or Code Beamer
Experience in onsite/offshore delivery model
Nonfunctional testing
- To lead, guide, manage, engage and develop the team.
- To manage customer expectations on deliverables.
- To participate in organisation initiatives like CMMI compliance , DQI.
- To project manage the testing project like estimating, resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc.
