Job description:

Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the mainframe MQ environments for our worldwide customers.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience of mainframe systems and subsystems, enabling us to provide a very high level of availability to the customer. The candidate will have deep knowledge of the architecture of MQ and of how the two products integrate with each other
Knowledge of CICS, RACF, ACF2, Z/OS Connect, SMP/E, IMS, DB2, Cobol, Assembler, REXX is an added advantage.

• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
