Job description:

Lead post silicon Validatrion including Electrical Bench CHAR/ ATE / Qual and Failure analysis
Test planning Identifying test cases, test methodology, test equipment identification
Process, Voltage Temp corner testing, System Margin testing of test chip, MCU s, SoCs with high speed interfaces, PLL, IO s, ADC s, DAC s , LDO s and memory interfaces
Test automation using Python
Silicon Qualification , AECQ100 standards compliance

  • To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
  • TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview.
  • To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
  • To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions
