Technical Lead - Siemens PLM
Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in Siemens PLM, you will play a critical role in managing technology within projects and providing expert technical guidance. This position is essential for driving the successful completion of deliverables while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. You will lead a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities, and ensuring process compliance in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards Specifically For Siemens Plm Applications, Ensuring The Team Delivers High-Quality Outputs.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Siemens Plm Technologies, Fostering Their Technical Capabilities And Enhancing Overall Productivity Through Targeted Training And Knowledge Sharing.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Recommending Best Packages, And Assessing Architectural Best Practices Along With Technical Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Identify And Mitigate Exposure And Risks Associated With Projects While Managing Escalations Effectively.Skill Requirements
1. Solid Understanding Of Siemens Plm Software And Its Implementation In Various Projects.
2. Strong Proficiency In Project Management Methodologies And Tools.
3. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Guide And Mentor Team Members.
4. Familiarity With Process Compliance Standards Within The Plm Domain.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Siemens Certified Professional, Plm Fundamentals Certification.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
