Technical lead with .net,angular,sql server
Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of .net, angular, and SQL Server based solutions. The role involves providing technical guidance, ensuring code quality, and driving innovation in line with project requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze project requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
3. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement
4. Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve bugs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for their integration into existing projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in .net framework and c# programming.
2. Strong experience with angular and typescript for frontend development.
3. Expertise in sql server, including database design, optimization, and stored procedures.
4. Solid understanding of web development technologies such as html, css, and javascript.
5. Experience in leading a development team and driving projects to successful completion.
6. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast paced environments.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in .NET, Angular, or SQL Server are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
