Job description:
The primary role of the job includes the ability to support the Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS) application platform. \\r\\nCandidate should be having good Linux administration skills & exposure to Dataiku DSS or any of the MLOPS platforms such as Dataiku /Kubeflow/MLFlow\\r\\nThe role also demands the exposure to the Azure cloud, Kubernetes environment & setting up MLOPS pipeline, python scripting, basics of machine learning etc. \\r\\n\\r\\nPrimary Skills:\\r\\n Dataiku Design Science Studio (DSS) or familiarity with any of MLOps platforms like Dataiku/ Kubeflow/MLFlow.\\r\\n Install, configure, upgrade Dataiku/MLOPS platform.\\r\\n Test and validate the AI/ML features in Dataiku Application, model plugin setup, creating connections for various data sources, creating code environments, code recipes, install plugins.\\r\\n Familiarity of python tools for data-science\\r\\nMust have: \\r\\n Linux administration skills RHEL/Centos & experience in shell scripting.\\r\\n Python skills.\\r\\n End user interaction and handle service requests\\r\\n Experience with troubleshooting an application to identify issues and resolve them\\r\\nGood to have:\\r\\n Infrastructure automation using Ansible\\r\\n Exposure to big data ecosystem tools: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Snowflake, ADLS etc.\\r\\n Exposure to databases like MySQL, MSSQL, Mongodb.\\r\\n Experience with container technologies like Kubernetes/Docker/AKS/EKS/OpenShift and ecosystem of cloud native solutions.\\r\\n
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
