Technical Lead - SQL Server



Job Summary

The Technical Lead plays a critical role in overseeing technology implementation in projects, acting as a key technical advisor and mentor for the development team. This position is vital for ensuring high-quality deliverables by providing innovative solutions, advocating best practices, and enhancing the technical capabilities of the team. The Technical Lead will drive process compliance and contribute to strategic technical discussions, making a significant impact on project outcomes and overall organizational success.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Sql Server Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
  
  2. Develop And Maintain Complex Sql Queries And Stored Procedures, Optimizing Performance And Data Retrieval Efficiency While Guiding Team Members In Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities.
  
  3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Risks.
  
  4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports That Address Project Progress, Minimizing Exposure And Risks, And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations Effectively.Skill Requirements
  1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Sql Server, Including Database Design, Development, And Optimization.
  
  2. Strong Understanding Of Sql Programming And Query Performance Tuning.
  
  3. Familiarity With Database Security Best Practices And Compliance Standards.
  
  4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Provide Innovative Technical Solutions.Certification
