Job description:
o Position Cloud Network Consultanto Designation Technical Specialist/Associate Consultant/ Consultanto Experience - A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in an engineering/operations role with a software and/or services company.Technical SkillsExcellent hands-on experience on following Products:o Cisco Catalyst 9200, 9300, 6500, 3850 ,2960, 3560 and Meraki MS series switches.o Cisco ISR and ASR Series routers.o Cisco Nexus 9K, 7K,5K,2K series switches.o Cisco and Aruba Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points.o Aruba Mobility Master and Airwave.o Aruba ClearPass.o DDI (Infoblox).o Fortigate Firewalls. o Cisco IOS Software IOS-XE software.o Lantronix and Console Flow.o Citrix Netscaler Load Balancers.o Any Network Management System (HPOV, NNM, Solar Winds ORION etc.)Excellent hands-on experience on the following Technologies:o Cisco ACIo SDWANo Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols such as VDC, VPC, Fabric Path, VXLAN, OTV, VTP, LACP, 802.1Q, RSTP, ARP, CDP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, GLBP, VSS/VSL, QoS, Multicast, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, RADIUS/TACACS+, 802.1x, SNMP, L3VPNs, L2VPNs and IPsec.o Knowledge of project life cycle management.o Strong knowledge of network design and applications, including designing IP addressing hierarchy, complex routing and switching technologies. o Understanding of network architecture, design of large-scale networks o Understanding of SDN/SDDC (Software Defined Network or Datacenter full stack (compute, storage, network) including experience with AWS or Azure.o Ability to implement Routing/Switching Protocols utilizing Cisco Routers and Switches o Ability to implement LAN/WAN technologies including MPLS and QoS (prioritization for voice and video) o Ability to implement DMVPN throughout the enterprise.o Proven track record identifying and championing appropriate new technologies; ability to quickly adapt to changes.o Exceptionally organized, self-motivated and directed with the ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.o Superior analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. o Understanding of Cloud technologies, Network Security in a Multi Tenancy Environment.o Understanding Azure is a must. o Understanding of PCI and SOX compliance is a plus o Understanding of Software Defined Networking. o Must be able to thoroughly document implementations, modifications, and removal Roles Responsibilities: Resolve critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 global support delivery team. Combine technical expertise and customer requirements to solve complex business challenges. Designing, Implementing, and managing On-Prem, Azure IaaS PaaS Service. Ability to quickly identify customer issues and being able to conduct in-depth diagnostics on networking services in Azure and on-premises Work with Architects to deliver solutions and deploy new capabilities in customer environment. Analyse and eliminate top issues impacting customer experience. Build automation to solve customer problems and develop scripts to automate troubleshooting and diagnostics activities. Create documentation (SOP's TSG's) to help L1/L2 teams to support operations. Work on critical, highly complex customer scenarios that span across multiple Networks and locations. Act as a technical escalation point within the team Work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives
