Salesforces Technical Architect



Roles Responsibilities



Design scalable and robust AI architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein.

Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams.

Align AI architecture with best practices and company standards.

Lead AI-focused projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve business processes and outcomes.

Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and Salesforce technologies to provide strategic direction.

Working closely with internal teams and client partners to develop an appropriate customer experience



Desired Skills Experience



Around 12 years of IT experience experience in architecting complex solutions for Salesforce products

Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suite and AppExchange products

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and integration techniques.

Proven experience with Salesforce Einstein and AI technologies.

Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX classes, APEX Webservices, APIs, Lightning Web components

Understanding of various third-party integration methodologies supported by Salesforce

Excellent understanding of overall Project Life Cycle (analysis, delivery, testing, quality, deployment etc.)

Thorough understanding of development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid

Well versed with Salesforce data model and technical architecture



Interpersonal Skills



Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Experience Salesforce Sales Service Financial Services Cloud

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, and collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver in tight timelines

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment



Certification



Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
