Technical Lead - Native Mobile App Development
Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in Native Mobile App Development, you will play a critical role in managing technology within projects while providing expert technical guidance and solutions. Your leadership will ensure that the team adheres to coding standards and best practices, enhances technical capabilities, and maintains compliance with established processes. This position significantly impacts project delivery and quality, driving the success of our mobile app development initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Native Mobile App Development Using Java And Kotlin, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Enhance The Technical Capabilities Of Team Members Through Mentorship And Training Sessions Focused On Native Mobile App Development, Optimizing Productivity And Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Potential Risks While Breaking Down Components For Project Estimations.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks Associated With The Project, Addressing Any Escalations Proactively And Ensuring Clear Communication With Stakeholders.Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Native Mobile App Development With Proficiency In Java And Kotlin.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Mobile Architecture Patterns And Design Principles.
3. Solid Experience In Code Review Processes And Implementing Coding Standards.
4. Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Practices.Certification
1. Optional Certifications: Google Associate Android Developer, Certified Kotlin Developer.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
