Job description:

Expertise on UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central suites v6.x, v7.x, v8.x along with its proprietary tools like Dell Boomi, WIM, Configuration Manager, Database Manager etc. Experience in migration from WFC to Pro WFM. Experienced in UKG Pro WFM application s Timekeeper, Attendance, Accruals, Access Profiles, Display Profiles, GTOR Configurations, Holiday, Data views, Report Studio and Dell Boosmi integrations. Strong experience as Kronos consultant involved in Requirement Analysis, Application Maintenance, Quality Reviews and Testing. Ability to map requirements to the real business need, is approved by all relevant stakeholders, and meets essential quality standards and documenting the requirements in a Need 8+ in kornos who shared with stakeholders. Strong problem solvinganalytical skills. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; works well with others in a cross-functional team environment. Working with clients on requirements gathering, creating design docs and implementing solutions.
