Job description:

" Min 10 yrs experience as PM or Agile PM
Expertise in all sort of Scrum events
Expertise in managing a team and delivery on time
Strong experience in Agile framework and Scrum ceremonies, Experience in PI Planning and preparation activities and communicating to cross functional teams
Strong project/delivery management skill
A background in addressing Project s demand, Conflicts Handling and resolution and addressing team s demand, especially on addressing issues or blocker or dependencies
A background in solving highly complex, analytical and numerical problems
Experience in Stakeholder management, Connect with internal or external teams
Experience of at least ten years In IT domain preferably Banking
Experience in Risk and Dependencies handling and mitigation actions
Experience in handling internal and external teams resources
Handling E2E delivery responsibilities
Experience in handling all Delivery related governance
Experience in Identity & MFA related projects"

• To effectively manage the team to work collaboratively in order to deliver assigned tasks/ objectives whilst adhering to the timescale, quality and budgetary targets.
• To identify risks and deliver risk mitigation solutions.
• To participate in technical design discussions and review technical documents.
• To prepare and present dashboards/metrics/reports to the client to update on project progress, efforts taken, and stage wise details and issues/challenges faced
• To track and monitor project progress and accordingly assign tasks/objectives to ensure deliverables are met.
