Job description:
HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated .NET Enterprise Architect to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in .NET Architecture
- Define and implement cloud architecture patterns for .NET applications, considering scalability, resiliency, and cost optimization across different cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Select appropriate cloud services and manage their integration with on-premises systems.
- Design data storage solutions on the cloud, including database architecture and data management strategies.
- Lead the development of .NET cloud-native applications using technologies like ASP.NET Core, Azure Functions, and microservices architecture.
- Guide development teams on best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization within a cloud environment.
- Analyze existing applications and create migration plans to move them to the cloud, considering cost-benefit analysis and impact on business operations.
- Develop migration roadmaps and oversee the migration process.
- Implement robust security measures within cloud infrastructure, including access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards.
- Monitor cloud application performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Implement optimization techniques to ensure high availability and scalability.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $99,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $203,500 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
