Job description:
Tesco - Job Description Provide functional support on Oracle Fusion Procurement modules with expertise in Source to Contract process (PO, Inventory, Requisition, Procurement contracts, Sourcing, Costing, TAB accounting, WIP, etc) Investigate and diagnose Incidents, resolve and close whilst keeping users fully informed as to progress Identifying application/interface issues and escalating them to the appropriate technology (L3) team Address user queries and ad-hoc requests Capture, log and coordinate service requests Resolve service requests in the first line through use of scripts and knowledge articles. Contribute to enhancing knowledge articles Perform close/cut-off transaction processing Recommend & implement dept. process improvements & automation opportunities During critical reporting periods should provide out of hours support in accordance with a pre-agreed shift plan Participate in key Functional and Technical SME Sessions Monitor and Provide Weekly Status Updates to Fusion PM and also with the Customer Be able to Perform business diagnosis, process analysis, and best practices research. Work closely with customer in resolving operational issues encountered by doing the following: - Troubleshooting data issues- Troubleshooting Finance transmission and interface failures- Resolving technical issues related to interfaces between Oracle and Non Oracle ( Spreadsheets)- Troubleshooting any configuration/integration issues Working knowledge on Finance processes like R2R, C2C, P2P, etc.Skills Required Domain Skills:o Good knowledge of Supply Chain domaino Worked on financial / Procurement applications Technical Skills:o Must Have: Strong working experience in Oracle Procurement application Worked in Functional support of Oracle Fusion application Strong experience in system setups & configuration Strong influencing skills MS Office suite o Good to have: Fusion Procurement Cloud Certification Soft skills:o Strong analytical skills and problem solving skillso Strong written and spoken communication skillso Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to solve problems quicklyo Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skillso Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quicklyo Ability to work as part of a teamo Ability to follow well defined release management processeso Ability to multi task and still stay focused on release priorities EDUCATIONo Bachelor of Technology, Engineering, Masters of Computers Application or Equivalent EXPERIENCEo Procurement functional consultant with 7+ years experience in Oracle ERP with at least 5 years of experience in projects supporting procurement modules not limited to PO, Inventory, Costing, WIP, Requisition, Procurement contracts, Sourcing, TAB accounting, etc.o Must have at least 3 years of support experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud ERP As functional consultanto Must have worked on at least 1 Oracle Procurement Cloud (Fusion) implementation project as Functional Consultanto Should have good knowledge of Oracle Cloud capabilities both Functional and Technical including but not limited to Seeded Roles, Role customization, OTBI, BI Publisher, Data Conversions, WebServices, Configuration Packages and AMX/BPMo Should have good understanding of overall business processes and functions specially around P2P including but not limited to Requisitioning through SSP, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Core Purchasing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal and Acc
