Job description:
To design, execute, and optimize testing strategies, mentor junior team members, and advocate for best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Key Responsibilities
1. To design and implement test plans for complex features and modules.
2. To utilize automation tools and frameworks to increase test efficiency , proactively advocate for timely fixes and quality assurance best practices.
3. To identify, reproduce, and document software defects according to established procedures.
4. To proactively partner with developers to analyze, prioritize, and verify defect resolutions, while actively participating in test reviews to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
5. To stay up-to-date with the latest testing technology trends , contribute to the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworks/ libraries and proactively Implement innovative testing approaches to address evolving software complexities.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
