The opportunity
The IT-Integrator is a key player in the cooperation between IT and Business stakeholders. You play a critical role in implementing effective IT solutions to make complex changes happen within and across Tribes. Your holistic view as well as your knowledge of both Business and IT are crucial in the translation of business requirements in a sequence that delivers customer value as early as possible (strong Minimum Viable Product mindset). You create Feature Solution Approaches (Project plans) to support the breakdown of Epics into features to ensure that business epics are translated into working IT solutions. You define and align the roadmaps between squads from same or different Tribes and other parts of the organization and thoroughly manage dependencies and Implementation activities.

The team
You will be part of a Chapter of IT-Integrators working for the IT-area Corporate Technologies (CT) within Tech Group Services. Corporate Technologies deliver unified and secure Tech capabilities and services empowering our global business partners to deliver and improve the digital experience. (e.g. Enterprise Document Content Services, Global HR, Facility Management, Knowledge Service management and more). The 2 open positions has a focus on Enterprice Content Service or on a data migration of HR datalake data.
Roles and responsibilities
Translate business requirements into features and stories by using IT Business knowledge
You are able to translate new product services needs into required IT solutions and are able to grasp business opportunities from new technology solutions. You think and act globally.
Together with relevant stakeholders (Architects, Business Owners, Product Owners), you breakdown epics (big changes) into features with a design and a strong MVP (Minimum Viable Product) mindset. You assign the features (and underlying user stories) to the relevant squads and lead the accurate feature definition and estimation. You clarify the definition of done together with the product owner(s).
Is responsible for the refinement in a detailed (Feature) Solution Approach with sufficient granularity for the development team to implement. Eg, you conduct, review and maintain on topics as software architecture, workflows, Design Records, Proof of concepts, migration plan and Technical documentation.
During the development phase, you coordinate, facilitate and support to the development teams. They review code, conduct code reviews, and ensure that the implemented solution adheres to the design and architectural principles. They also collaborate to define and implement effective testing strategies with the IT-integrator.
Ensure features delivery (Planning, coordination, dependencies management)
You are and feel technical responsible for the end-to-end integration and realization of the IT work (across squads andor Tribes). You owns the planning, oversee sprints, align coordinate the work across the whole chain and inspires individuals and teams creating lasting synergy.
You identify (and manage) risks and potential issues and offer improvements across tribes.
You identify and manage dependencies for features and epics across different tribes.
