Job description:

Tech lead- EXP 7 to 10 years 7 to 10 Years of experience in Java 8 , Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices. Experience with J2EE technologies, JDBC, ORM, Hibernate ,JAXB , XML,XSD, SOAP services, REST services. Experience with technologiestoolsprinciples like Oauth2 principles, JWT, API security, Redis cache, AWS S3, logback, Spring Cloud config server, GraphQL etc. Excellent understanding of OOPs principles, Java design patterns, Multithreading, Serialization etc. Experience with Junit testing and Mockito framework. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like Oracle, Cassandra , Couchbase or similar DBs. Good understanding of Microservices architectural patterns. Strong technical skills in architecture patterns, solution design, and integration development. Knowledge of tools like Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, any Cloud(AWS preferred) Experience with agile development methodologies, Devops tools, Jira , Postman, SOAP UI. Experience in developing and implementing web based solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Individual contributor- EXP 2 to 5 yearsMust Have 2 to 5 Years of experience in Java 8 , Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices. • To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects.
• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
• To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
