Job description:
At least 10 years' relevant SAP Functional and Planning experience
Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP SAC Planning
S4 implementation, SAP Finance, Content Accounting, Project Systems and Asset Accounting
Media and Entertainment experience is plus,
High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis.
High organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate the needs of a projectworkflow or leadership.
Strong communication skills to present to high-level executives on roduct statuses and to engage with product owners and development teams in day-to-day execution.
Participation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAC or Planning and Forecast implementations, and in a workstream sub-lead or lead role on at least 1 implementation
Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industriessectors you serve.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- To act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- To create the root cause analysis for critical issues and put in place necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
- To collaborate closely with product management, development, and QA teams to provide feedback on product improvements, influence product design, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
- To drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes, workflows and Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
