Working experience as a project management office analyst for 4+ years
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate
significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings e.g. using PowerPoint slides and
appropriate reporting media
Strong drive to continuous improvement
Experience dealing with a virtual team running across multiple locations, time zones, and
cultures.
Demonstrated ability to balance the need for agility with the need to ensure that key
documentation and processes are followed
Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Operational Metrics Report and other reports that are
important on project basis.
Project time stamping , tracking , utilization analysis and facilitation
Collection of Metrics data for Metrics submission.
Facilitate audits, coordinate between Track Leads, Ops Manager and SDM managers
To Manage, Monitor and report on Project Performance.]
Process & Tools:
To design reports catering to various business and engineering needs.
To acquaint with tools and processes in practice and connect to the Communication pattern.
Presentations and Training
To make presentations to stakeholders from the process guidance and governance point of
view.
To facilitate training to employees, towards process adherence and working pattern in line
with the growing business needs.
Communication:
To understand the nuances of communication and act promptly. To be comfortable in
communicating with people from varied background and personalities.
Stakeholder engagement:
To liaise with various stakeholders of the organization across geographies, understanding their
business interests and get synchronized with.
Experience - preferred
Educated to degree level, IT Project Management Qualification Educated to degree level
Strong drive and affinity towards applied project management and application of PMO standards
and tools
Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences
- To ensure that callsor chats are addressed within agreed SLAs
- To resolve escalations in a timely manner adhering to the process and quality compliance
- To maintain attendance, leave reports , breaks and shift rosters
- To update knowledge base through accurate documentation and disseminating knowledge from analyses and reports prepared to team for facilitating effective performance of responsibilities
- To perform adhoc analyses, SIP activities and infrastructure management
- To ensure postive customer satisfaction and feedback
