Job description:

15 + Years experience: CCNP/CCIE

In-depth knowledge of each layer of the OSI model.

Good working knowledge of WAN, MAN, and LAN both from a transport and protocol level.

Service Provider issues

F5 load balancer working knowledge / hands own experience

Bandwidth & Latency Issue

Excellent troubleshooting and hands on experience on following Products: Cisco Catalyst 6500, 3750 and 2900 series switches and Cisco router

Working Knowledge of Cisco Nexus switches (Cisco 7K/5K/2K) and Cisco WAAS.

Experience on Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points.

Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Experience in vendor co-ordination

Good working knowledge on F5 Load balancer.

Good working knowledge in Wireless Networking.

Good working knowledge on SDWAN.

Experience managing an ACI DC network

Strong understanding of availability zone concepts

Experienced troubleshooting application problems

Flexible for working in 24/7 shifts

• Security policy analysis & fine tuning, participate in cyber security review calls on change requests & recommendation on policy changes.
• Investigate security incidents, Help L3 team in RCA, and working with teams for all the ongoing issues.
• Implement changes, Monitors security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary.
• Knowledge Transfer/Trainings Create configuration documents, test plan, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
• Understand the security environment and respective product, Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network security solutions and related monitoring tools
