Job description:
Responsible for planning, designing, testing and implementing computer and network security infrastructure design and implementation for project including Cloud-Native container as a service.
Required skills
Collaborating with implementation team to ensure completion of epic, story points and workstream tasks
Conducting Scrum team ceremonies to enhance efficiency and eliminate backlog
Promoting scaled Agile framework (SAFe) quality practices across teams, stakeholders, and projects
Administering the Scrum board to visualize and manage workflows
Removing impediments to progress
Holding one-on-one meetings for Agile coaching
Prior Experience in delivering key metrics for complex cloud implementation
Maximize Quality
Creates and drives quality metrics and targets.
Upholds the organizational Issue Cap in all products.
Drives the time taken for regression/hardening release-over-release toward 0.
Drives combined percentage of work time spent on uncontained (leaked) defects each sprint to less than 10%.
Drives combined percentage Sprint commitments being met to greater than 90%.
Drives combined percent increase in velocity year-over-year by 5% per year.
Enhanced Predictability
Drives teams actuals to within 10% of estimates.
Control Risk
- To effectively manage a team of project managers to ensure timely completion of all customer project deliverables assigned to each team member
- To provide required support to resolve escalated issues related to programsorprojects undertaken and team performance
- To manage excellent relationships with customerorbusiness units and ensure postive cusomer satisfaction for deliverables provided
- To implement best practices, develop processesorprocedures and identify process efficiency measures so as to improve deliverables' quality and innovate global project management methodology with a view to maximise value provided to the business units
- To contribute to business growth through expansion of current service offerings and is accountabe for scope, buget and delivery of projects
- To monitor the progress of all projects and deliverables so as to submit weekly project status reports in a timely manner
- To review and analyse deliverables and performance of teams across projects to ensure that all project deliverables are completed in the agreed customer timelines
