Job description:
Expectation :: To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards for complex or large scale projects.

Job Description -
1- Responsible for managing 10+ member team.
2-Salesforce Consolidation of TAA SFS Sales Cloud (Sales, CommunityCPQ)TAA NA Service Cloud into TAA NA Sales Cloud (SalesCPQ)
3- Responsible for interacting with client and managing their expectation.
4- Responsible for taking Technical Panel 2 evaluation.
5- Responsible for managing the Profit and Loss of the 10+ team member.
6- Demonstrated experience in .Net, or .Net full stack working experience.
7- Experience in Design patterns and principles and high-level Architecture
8- Demonstrated experience in unit testing, integration testing.
9- Working experience in both ASM, AE, Development processes.
10- Experience in ASM, AE processes
11- Experience in software life cycle and various processes
12- Excellent in communication and client handling
- To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.
- To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
- Responsible for shaping the overall project strategy working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and keeping track of schedule to ensure on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
- To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
- Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
