Job description:
i. BABS or an equivalent combination of education andor experience
ii. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
iii. 8+ years of project management, program management or IT management, including financial and schedule performance reporting
iv. 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and end-to-end IT business processes
v. Experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance, 5+ years of experience in required technology
vi. Master level proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project
vii. Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Responsibilities:
i. Direct, manage, plan, and administer Project activities of a divisionbusiness area
ii. Manage complex and cross-functional programs and Projects, from design and development, until production
iii. Utilize multiple vendors and ensure collaboration
iv. Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation
v. Develop, plan, and schedule the development, introduction, communication, and maintenance of all Projects
vi. Contain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attention
vii. Communicate program performance to program sponsors and executive team
viii. Serve as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the Governance team
ix. Determine the impact of changes on the business case, and re-forecast value creation
x. Identify areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation
