Candidate with background as Engagement Lead or Delivery Manager with in one of the areas of LSH Payer / Provider / Pharma / Med Devices IT Services delivery experience

Has played Delivery role with Solutions mindset

Has Experience in managing Onsite / Off shore teams up to 100 person or more in at least 2 projects

Has Experience in managing End to End accounts/portfolio

Has Experience with Client facing situations and managing escalations

Experience in managing digital programs at scale

Willing to be ok with 20 to 30 % Travel for customer meetings when needed

Executing Large, Complex, Multi-functional, Technology Projects

Managing Client Relationships at C level/ Sr. Leadership level

IT Services P & L / Profitability & Loss management (Business Ownership)

Organizational skills to seed, build, and manage teams in On-off model
