Job description:
Sr Manager, IGP Support: Reporting: Obtain, Organize, Validate, & Synchronize Data Define, construct mapping tables, arrange, cleanse/ quality control check, and validate information in a transparent, efficient, and repeatable manner. Perform contract research, obtain/check contract metadata, run contract reports, pull invoices, look up purchase orders, vendor numbers, analyze spend, create/ customize/ cleanse/ tie various system exports on behalf of and in addition to the strategic sourcing and contract management teams. IT Contract Tracker(s): Data Maintenance/QC/Reconciliation/Reporting-Validate and quality control check data relating to IT contracts including but not limited to renewals. Maintain and support design of tracker(s) to enable active contract management and connect request intake/routing (Case Management Tool; CMT and other inputs) and contract lifecycle management (Icertis) systems as well as other integrations to determine which contacts are expiring, required notice, payment terms before/after, research contract ID reference to identify which contract is being renewed. Run reports using accurate data. Tie reports to Spend and other metrics. IT KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), Other Perform contract research to validate data input to KPIs including but not limited to Working Capital Payment Terms, Cost Savings, Spend, Spend Under Contract, Contract Cycle/Touch Time, Other. IT Stakeholder, Finance, COE Status Reporting: Provide contract, project, or other reports to stakeholders as needed or upon request including full data QC. Deliver accurate reporting such as Expiring Contracts 18 months out, Payment Terms Increase Forecast, others. Research anomalies. Process Documentation & Systems Enhancements Support/Maintenance: Create SOPs with written click by click with screenshots details of reporting, cleaning/ quality control, etc. Instruct system developers on how to perform System Enhancements to deliver accurate reporting. Maintain IGP Organizational Chart Updates in multiple systems (Vendor Setup & Maintenance Approver List, DOA Approver List, other systems).
- To develop and own effective relationships with key strategic suppliers, implement a supplier relationship management approach, monitor the supply market using benchmarks and supply indices, manage the contracting and negotiation processes, evaluate and improve supplier performance.
- To develop, implement and execute Supply Chain strategies, annual plans and Knowledge Bases (SCKB) for a supply chain across all the customer and internal spend which includes identify key strategic supply requirements.
- To increase value from supply base through innovative commercial and contracting models, deliver a global and consistent approach for spend, develop savings plans and track and report actual delivery against target for the supply chain. Be a SME for the business and capture logistics, distribution and shipment tracking requirements.
- To manage a Supply Chain team and serve as escalation point globally cross functional and business issues and escalations.
- To manage the implementation of new process and tools to map supply chain requirements into solutions for the business. Example: Develop, implement and execute shipment mapping and routing solutions.
- To plan, manage and lead shipment tracking and expediting initiatives for both customers and internal requirements.
