Job description:

1. Advanced knowledge of core Okta systems (provisioning, application administration, troubleshooting, log retrieval). \\r\\n2. Admin to advanced knowledge of Okta workflows for provisioning.\\r\\n3. Admin to advanced knowledge of REST API programming and scheduling (any form of communication but prefer postman and PowerShell). \\r\\n4. Admin to expert level Active Directory / Windows Administration.\\r\\n5. Advanced level troubleshooting skills (Okta and AD required but should fall over to other products as well).\\r\\n6. Self-starter (must be able to proactively look at the Okta environment and be able to see and resolve any errors that are occurring).\\r\\n7. Ability to prioritize tasks and assign to team members (This is a team leader role). \\r\\n8. Advanced job scheduling in Windows environments.\\r\\n9. Advanced PowerShell scripting to a REST API.\\r\\n10. PAM (privileged access management) Administration of the Safeguard product. \\r\\n

• Depending on the work environment, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge.
• Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off
• Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his area of expertise.
• Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle. Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective.
