Job description:
Responsibilities Minimum 10 to 12 years of development experience in T24 platforms and provide solutioning expertise to the Dev team. Will play a key role in providing inputs to operational considerations related to Temenos platforms in particular T24 Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality Application Design Ensure the completeness of the business requirements and add value by proposing best-in-class solutions Analyze and translate business requirements into documentation, product rules and Draft concise and detailed technical and functional solution documents for development Deep understanding of the private banking modules like SC, DX, SY, Corporate actions and accounting reporting modules Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes, order-processing flows Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks. Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions Working with the Business users and Product owners for different strategic solutionsEssential Requirements (Skills Requirements) Education: BE Years of Experience 10 to 12 Yrs of ExperienceGOOD TO HAVE Strong understanding of T24 Pricing domainProducts. Working experience in wealth management and customer self-service platforms. Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document the requirements and prepare functional specification documents. Strong communication and stakeholder management, Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently. Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etcTechnical Professional Skills Latest T24 release R19+ and exposure to T24 Upgrade processes T24 performance optimization and T24 data Archiving Oracle DB concepts relevant to T24, Linux scripts Experience in T24 Upgrades and data migration best practicesNon-Technical Soft Skills Candidate should possess excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills Experience working in Agile environment Ability to learn new client applications Good problem solving abilities Good team player Good service attitude Systematic and meticulous Independent and reliable Hands on development experience

- To evaluate and recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
