Job description:
Mortgage Underwriting background with 3-5 years of experience. Including AUS, manual and non-conforming mortgage experience. Must be able analyze self-employment, business, and rental income. High pace environment with expectation of completing a minimum of 2-3 new files review daily, along with managing a pipeline of 40+ loans. Will work with sales, processing, and closers daily to ensure loan meets guidelines. Quality and compliance with guidelines are a must.
- Respond to customer requests that have been escalated from Tier 2 support analysts
- Complete assigned project responsibilities.
- Answer technical questions, solve technical problems, and suggest appropriate workarounds related to supported applications.
- Actively participate in job related training
