Job description:
Managing a high quality, customer focused Executive/Conference room service, providing enhanced support to over 30 state-of-the art rooms\\r\\nCompleting regular housekeeping checks throughout the Executive/Conference rooms to deliver a seamless meeting room experience to all internal and external users\\r\\nEnsuring the rooms are managed to a high standard\\r\\nLiaising closely with the catering, IT, engineering and property management teams and provide the service support required\\r\\nSetting and re-setting of conference and meeting rooms in a timely fashion\\r\\nBeing the first point of contact for all room issues, providing timely response and coordination of remedial work\\r\\nReporting faults immediately through the facilities response centre or supervisor as appropriate\\r\\nAdvising users on meeting room availability and suitability by using the On-Line Room Booking System\\r\\nThe coordination of all meeting room bookings\\r\\nControlling entry and exit of visitors and employees, ensuring that any security procedures are followed\\r\\nGreeting visitors in a polite, friendly and professional manner\\r\\nMaintaining an accurate visitor s log\\r\\nMaintaining awareness of the client business\\r\\nAnswering telephone calls within the specified response time
- To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product.
- To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools
- To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection
- To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
- To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
- To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary.
- To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
