Job description:
Expert in handling end to end VM process. Expert in handling Cloud agent, patch management, policy compliance and other modules in Qualys Preparing security advisories and defining the severity levels for the vulnerabilities Scanning, validation and reporting of vulnerabilities on daily and monthly basis Co-ordinate with remediation teams Track vulnerability tickets right up to closure. Preparing monthly security reports for the management Able to drive vulnerability management program for multiple customers Able to suggest remediation measures for the gaps found as part of Compliance Assessment Audit/Activity (Technical and Process) Good knowledge of CVEs Able to independently verify the validity of the corrective actions implemented by the respective stakeholders for the closure of vulnerabilities
- To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
- To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
- To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning
- To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
- To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
