Role Description:
As a T and T (Transition and Transformation) manager the requirement is:
The T and T Manager will be responsible for the transfer of key information necessary for the support,
operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. This includes operational readiness of
processes, operational acceptance of the service, support documentation and acceptance checklists.
Should have worked in large projects with in Germany for German clients
Command and fluency of German language is must
Contribute to the business readiness plan, taking into consideration deployment, data migration,
coexistence, capability deployment (training and engagement activities) and any business activities required
to integrate new processes or jobs into the business as usual environment.
Possess broad cross platform and strong project/program management expertise
Have proficiency in the End User computing operations , emerging technologies, frameworks
Business acumen and commercial awareness: understand strategic business objectives and be motivated by
the application of technology and process change to deliver business value.
Ability to champion large scale enterprise change and transformational initiatives that require organisational
and behavioural change in their local area of responsibility
Ability to champion and implement the global vision and strategy in green field situations.
Develop and execute an integrated and detailed transition/transformation, communication, training,
organization and business readiness strategy that ensures impacted stakeholders are prepared for the
changes to processes, policies and systems.
Excellent stakeholder management
Possess good leadership qualities and ability to lead highly motivated team of individuals
Has affected operational efficiencies with tangible deliverables
Proficiency in generating ideas and implement with desired/target benefits
Excellent record in DC Technical Transition and Transformation either in current role or in past.
Must be willing to travel extensively to perform the required role
Responsibilities
Deliver implement Transition and Transformation programs for Infrastructure services
Anticipates internal external business challenges and or regulatory issues; recommends process, product
or service improvements
Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
Contributes to the development of functional strategy
Leads project teams and Technical SME to achieve milestones and objectives
Develops innovative services, processes or products that address current and future customer problems or
needs
Presents complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others to adopt a different point of
view
Makes decisions within general functional, company and industry guidelines
Develops business or technical rationale that impacts resource allocation, program, project or service
support or direction
Leads projects or programs with significant risk and complexity to achieve milestones and objectives;
develops the strategy for project execution
Manages budgets for large projects or significant programs
Drive Transition Transformation Management principles and methodology across large regional or global
initiatives
Develop the Transition Transformation Management communication strategy and communication plan for
specific initiatives to generate momentum, raise awareness and influence behaviour across the
organization
Align on best practices with other Transition/Transformation Managers and stay abreast of external best
practices through active participation in Global TM network, forums, etc.
Act as an internal consultant on transition/Transformation management strategy/deliverables for regional
or global strategic change initiatives
